Kids Ears and Tails Animal Costumes

There were some welcome additions in 2013 to the family of animal Ears and Tails Costume Sets by Charlie Crow.

As well as the existing Fox, Mouse or Rat, Rabbit, Tiger, Cat and  Dalmatian Dog, there is now also a Lamb or Sheep, Cow, Bear and Chicken set on offer.

These budget costume sets are great for World Book Day and Roald Dahl Day costumes for school events as well as nativity plays and themed music festivals.

The ears are on a wide fur fabric headband and can be held in place with the attached elastic chin strap, or for a firmer grip, the headband can be attached to a childs hair with hair slides.

The tails have fabric loops attached to them with velcro so that they can be placed around a skirt or jeans belt loop, but they could also easily be sewn to a coloured leotard for an inexpensive way to costume a dance school show where many animals are required.

Shh. Don't tell anyone - but they also fit adults too !!!!

War Horse

Joey is a young horse who has come to love Ted and Rose Narracott's son Albert and their horse Old Zoey. At the outbreak of World War I, Joey is sold to the cavalry and shipped to France. His rider Captain Nicholls is killed while riding Joey. The horse is soon caught up in the war; watching death, disease and fate, taking him on an extraordinary odyssey, serving on both sides before finding himself alone in no man's land. But Albert cannot forget Joey and, still not old enough to enlist in the British Army, he embarks on a dangerous mission to find the horse and bring him home.

Fantastic Mr Fox!

is the story of one brave father fox's attempts to keep his family safe and fed. He usually just raids the storehouses of one of his vile neighbours, Boggis, Bunce, and Bean. All three were farmers, and all were particularly nasty and mean people. But when Boggis, Bunce and Bean finally get fed up with Mr Fox stealing their chickens, ducks, geese, and turkeys, they decide that Mr Fox, and anyone who happens to be in the way, must be killed. But no matter what they do, that wile Mr Fox seems to be able to stay one step ahead.
