It's Roald Dahl's birthday on 13th September and to celebrate, schools all over the country will be having book themed events surrounding Roald Dahl's fantastic books and characters, either close to his birthday or close to Roald Dahl's Dahlicious Dress Up day .

The Enormous Crocodile!

One day an enormous crocodile goes tramping through the forest telling all the animals he's going to eat children. The animals tell him that it's a horrible thing to do but he tries to use his tricks to eat the tasty children nonetheless. The animals of the forest save the children and later on, a giant elephant finishes the crocodile off by swinging him around in the air by his tail and letting him go until he flies into the sky and crashes headlong into the Sun.
